New Integration Partner: enkeltas

enkeltas has entered into an integration agreement with Kravia. Invoice follow-up and debt collection are integrated directly into the accounting assistant, enabling sole proprietorships and small companies to follow up on unpaid invoices without leaving the system they already work in. The agreement was signed on September 17. The integration is built and verified, and will be put into production shortly.
The entire process in one system
enkeltas delivers Nora, an AI-powered accounting assistant that handles bookkeeping, invoicing, VAT, and year-end closing for the smallest businesses in Norway. With this integration, the scope expands to also cover what happens when an invoice remains unpaid. The functionality operates inside the accounting system with full two-way integration, ensuring high data quality and a smooth user experience. The business never has to check two separate systems to know what is happening with an invoice.
"Nora automates accounting all the way up until the invoice falls due. If we are going to take the customer all the way to money in the bank, payment follow-up has to be part of the product," says Håvard Jarl Rivedal of enkeltas.
Why Kravia
Debt collection is a licensed activity governed by regulations that require specialised expertise. For a small product team, building this independently presents a significant hurdle.
"Debt collection is a domain we have no ambition to build in-house. We needed a partner who takes professional responsibility while providing an API on top of which we can craft a great user experience. Kravia solved both requirements, and we got up and running quickly without, for example, having to familiarise ourselves with the Debt Collection Act first. The documentation was good enough for us to build everything on our own," says Rivedal.
Open platform as a strategy
"enkeltas is exactly the type of company we want to work with, and we are delighted to have them on board," says Svein Ove Kvalsund, Group CEO of Kravia Group.
"We believe the value chain going forward will be open, digital, and eventually agentic. That is why we have put a lot of work into a platform that is thoroughly documented and has a low barrier to entry, where the domain expertise and regulations are abstracted away. The partner can focus on creating a great user experience, while we take responsibility for ensuring collection is handled correctly — supported by licenses across five markets and deep domain and regulatory expertise at the core. If you are building something in this space, you are welcome to build on top of us," says Kvalsund.
