For many, the path to an accounting career begins in the classroom. But for the founders of DLE Redovisning, something else started taking shape during their studies: a shared desire to do things their own, better way. A few years later, after gaining experience in different parts of the industry, the idea was born to create a firm where relationships, accessibility and commitment would be at the centre.


"We wanted to create something that felt more personal. An alternative to the larger firms, where we could actually make a difference for every client,"
says George Malki, one of the founders. That’s how DLE, “Det lilla extra” (The little extra), became both a name and a promise.

A Firm Built on Trust

The beginning was far from glamorous. As relatively young professionals in a field where experience is often seen as hard currency, it took patience and results to earn trust. But the clients came, one by one, often through recommendations.
"We’ve grown organically the whole time. The best proof is still when a satisfied client recommends us to someone in their network. It shows that we’re not just doing the work – we’re also building relationships."

A clear milestone came in 2025, when DLE Redovisning was named Sweden’s best accounting firm by Reco, based on clients’ own reviews. It was confirmation that it’s possible to build a strong brand through presence, quality and a personal approach.

From day one, DLE has been a digitally oriented firm, but for them it’s never about replacing meetings – it’s about freeing up time for better advisory work.
"We work in Fortnox, have smart integrations for everything from reporting to time tracking, and we collaborate with Kravia and Billo to offer our clients even smoother solutions. The partnership with Kravia, which manages payment follow-up, has been especially key. It means we don’t get stuck in reminders and collection routines. Instead, we can focus on what we truly want to do – support our clients in growing, making decisions and understanding their finances."

DLE’s view of the future is clear: technology will continue to evolve, from AI-based analysis to demands for real-time reporting, but the personal touch will always be what truly makes the difference.
