Xledger and Kravia Enter Partnership for Better Cash Flow Control

Stockholm, [20 January 2026] – Xledger is entering a new partnership with fintech company Kravia in Sweden. The collaboration aims to bring debt collection closer to the business system and provide companies with better conditions to work proactively with liquidity, risk, and decision support in their day-to-day operations.
Through the partnership, Kravia's debt collection services are integrated more closely with Xledger's cloud-based ERP platform. The goal is to create cohesive financial flows where payment monitoring becomes a natural part of ongoing financial management – based on updated and reliable data.
"When companies work with updated data, they can see what payment flows actually look like right now and act before problems have time to grow. By connecting ERP, accounting, and payment monitoring in real-time, the finance function gains better oversight and stronger decision support in daily operations," says Marie Löfgren, COO at Xledger.
Focus on Automation and Early Insights
Late payments continue to be one of the biggest risks to companies' liquidity. According to the EU, one in four bankruptcies is due to payments being missed or delayed. By integrating debt collection closer to the business system, Xledger and Kravia aim to reduce the need for manual processes and make it easier to act early.
"When flows are automated and data is reliable, finance teams can spend less time on administration and more time on analysis, planning, and supporting the business moving forwards. This is crucial for being able to work proactively with both liquidity and risk," continues Marie Löfgren.
Kravia also sees the partnership as an important step in modernising how debt collection is used in practice.
"Debt collection works best when it's not a last resort, but an integrated part of the financial flow. The collaboration with Xledger makes it easier for companies and accounting firms to gain oversight and take action at an early stage," says Alexander Gleerup, Partner Manager for Kravia Sweden.
Same Working Methods – in Norway and Now Also in Sweden
The partnership is being launched in the Swedish market as a complement to the established presence in Norway. For companies and accounting firms operating in both Norway and Sweden, the collaboration means the opportunity to work with the same system support, the same processes, and the same supplier across borders.
This provides better oversight, reduces manual work, and creates a common data foundation for the entire operation. When the finance function gains access to cohesive information across multiple countries, it becomes easier to monitor cash flows, identify risks, and make well-informed decisions at the right time.
"Our ambition is to provide customers with a business system that works the same way throughout the entire organisation and strengthens the finance function's role as active decision support. The collaboration with Kravia makes it easier to maintain control and work more proactively with liquidity – in Norway, Sweden, and further across the Nordics," concludes Marie Löfgren.
