The Transparency Act

Sustainable business practices involve our systematic efforts to identify, prevent, and mitigate risks of adverse impacts on people, society, and the environment. At the Kravia Group, we take this responsibility seriously.

Norwegian authorities expect all enterprises to conduct due diligence assessments to ensure decent working conditions. Our work is anchored in the Norwegian Transparency Act, as well as international standards such as the UN Guiding Principles (UNGPs) and the OECD Guidelines.

This statement documents how Kravia Gruppen AS and Kravia AS (“the Kravia Group”) work in practice with due diligence assessments in accordance with these requirements. The purpose of this report is to provide transparency regarding our methodology, our findings, and the measures we implement to ensure a responsible supply chain.
