Licensed, registered and supervised
Kravia operates through a licensed or registered entity in each market. Norway: Kravia AS, licensed and supervised by Finanstilsynet. Sweden: Kravia AB, licensed and supervised by Finansinspektionen. Finland: Kravia Finland Oy, licensed and supervised by Lupa- ja valvontavirasto (LVV). Netherlands: Kravia is a trading name of InvoiceCollect B.V., entered in the incassoregister held by JUSTIS under the Wet kwaliteit incassodienstverlening. Data protection (GDPR)
We process personal data strictly in line with the GDPR and local data-protection law. Data is used only to deliver the service, retained no longer than required by bookkeeping and legal obligations, and then anonymised or deleted.
Security by design
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and least-privilege, and our platform is monitored continuously.
Transparency
Our fees, process, and data practices are documented openly. End users and debtors can review their case and our handling of it at any time via the help centre.
