So how does Kravia make money?
Fair question. We're paid through the fees and interest added to an unpaid invoice during the process, covered by the customer who didn't pay on time, not by you.
Nothing leaves your pocket
Sending an invoice to collection and following it up never costs you a subscription or setup fee.
The end customer pays
Fees and interest are added to the overdue invoice during the process, and paid by the customer who didn't pay you on time.
Rates are set by law
Collection fees and statutory charges aren't ours to invent. They're defined by regulation, so they're predictable and the same everywhere.
When could a cost ever occur?
Almost never, but we'd rather be upfront. Here's the full journey of an unpaid invoice.

Only if a case still isn't resolved (at least 3 months on, in a small share of cases) court and writing fees or a success fee may apply.
Most cases are resolved long before this point.
Pricing questions
Yes. Using Kravia costs you nothing as long as a case is resolved before any legal action is taken or it's placed under long-term monitoring. Most cases are resolved long before that point.
Your end customer, the one who didn't pay the invoice on time. The fees and interest are added to the invoice through the collection process, not billed to you.
Only if a case requires legal steps or is placed under long-term monitoring. That happens in a small percentage of cases, and not earlier than three months after the due date.
Usually a combination of a court fee and a writing fee. For these rare cases we take on the work, and much of the risk, on a success-based basis.
